Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on our website at the time of ordering will be honored. All sales are final.

We regret that we do not honor regret purchases, however we will replace damaged items.

Damaged Items - UPS deliveries

If products arrive damaged, Please call UPS immediately and inform them stating the tracking number listed on your address label. UPS may be contacted at 1 800 742 5877. After contacting UPS please call our customer service at 1 800 827 0769.

Damaged Items - Non UPS deliveries

Shipping - UPS deliveries

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that the address you enter is correct. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re ship an item because of an address error.

If a package is returned to us because of customer error and the customer does not wish the package re-sent but instead wishes to cancel the order, please be advised that we can only refund the amount of the product. The price of shipping will be retained to cover the cost of the original shipping.

UPS makes three physical delivery attempts for your package. If unsuccessful the package is then sent back to Walkerswood Marketing N.A. You will then be required to assume freight costs for re-delivery.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION FOR US CUSTOMERS

US orders received on Mondays through Thursdays after 9 am EST will not be sent/picked up by UPS until the following business day. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be processed until the next business day. Please call UPS when placing expedited orders to obtain their delivery and pick up schedules if you need this information.
