Coconut Rundown Chicken with Wine

A delicate dish, simple and quite suitable for dinner.

2 Chicken breasts
6 oz/180ml Walkerswood Coconut Rundown Sauce
1/4 cup White wine
3 oz/90g Pineapple chunks (optional)
2 tbs. Cream
  Fresh Cilantro, chopped



  • Cube chicken breasts and season with garlic, thyme and salt to taste. Saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add pineapple.
  • Deglaze pan with wine, add Coconut Rundown Sauce. Heat for 3 minutes.
  • Finish by stirring in the cream then serve immediately over rice or vegetables.
  • Serves 4.
